How many times do I do the cycle during my visit?

For each visit, we recommend doing the hot-cold-relax cycle 2-3 times. This allows your body to fully experience the benefits of thermal therapy, with each cycle promoting relaxation, improved circulation, and rejuvenation. However, feel free to listen to your body and adjust based on how you feel during the session!

How can I expect to feel after thermal therapy?

After doing thermal therapy, you can expect to feel deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and restored. The hot-cold cycle helps to reduce muscle tension, boost circulation, and clear any stress or fatigue. Many people report feeling a sense of calm, improved energy, and a refreshed mind after their session.

How long can I stay?

Our most popular option is Unlimited, which means you can stay as long as you'd like during our opening hours. For those on a tighter schedule, we offer two timed options:

  • 2-Hour Pass
  • 1-Hour Express Pass (great for cycle enthusiasts).

The timed options are fairly priced, with your time starting from your scheduled appointment. Please note that cycling, showering, etc., must be completed within your chosen timeframe. We provide a 5-minute grace period, but beyond that, there is a $20 charge for every additional 30 minutes.

If you're worried about staying on schedule, we recommend the Unlimited Pass for maximum flexibility.

Is the cycle silent or social?

At Evolve, we value the benefits of social time but also respect that some guests prefer a quieter experience. Our thermal space is currently considered a social zone, and we encourage friendly conversations. That said, we ask that everyone remains respectful of those around them. You will never be "shushed," but we strive to create an environment where all guests feel comfortable.
