Team days · bridal parties · celebrations · private buyouts
Bring your people somewhere worth remembering.
Evolve is New Brunswick's first fully indoor Nordic thermal spa — sauna, cold plunge, and real quiet. We host up to 30 guests at once, or close the doors and give the whole space to your group.
Why companies are bringing their teams here
Workplace stress isn't a soft concern anymore — it's a line item. Evolve gives you a way to actually address it, not just talk about it.
Wellness Days
Turn a wellness budget into a day your team remembers — real, structured recovery instead of a lunch-and-learn nobody asked for.
Team Development
A shared sauna and a cold plunge everyone dreads together build trust faster than a facilitated icebreaker ever will.
Holiday Parties
Skip the rental hall. Book the space exclusively and give your team the one holiday party they're still talking about in January.
Celebrate together, then actually relax
Heat, cold, quiet, repeat. A thermal circuit gives a group something to do together without anyone having to plan it, and everyone leaves feeling better than when they arrived.
Bridal & Bachelorette
A calm day for the wedding party before the big one. Add massages or facials for the bride and her people, and skip the hangover.
Birthdays & Milestones
Thirtieth, fortieth, retirement. Mark it with a few hours in the heat and cold instead of another dinner reservation.
Friends, Family & Teams
Girls' getaways, reunions, and sports teams after a tournament. Bring a crowd and we'll set it up around your group.
