Is there parking?
Yes, we offer ample free parking located at the back of the building, conveniently situated near our entrance for easy access.
What do I need to bring?
all you need to bring is sandals and a water bottle if you want, feel free to bring any reading device as well. We provide towels, robes and lockers.
Can I have my phone with me?
Yes, you can have your phone with you, but we ask that it stays on silent mode and that you respect others’ privacy by not taking photos or videos of anyone without their consent. If you need to take a call, please step into the main lobby, as phone calls are not permitted in the thermal space to maintain a relaxing environment for everyone.
How long does the cycle take?
One thermal cycle, consisting of the hot, cold, and relax stages, takes about 20 to 30 minutes. You can repeat the cycle as many times as you like during your visit!
Can I bring outside food/drinks in?
Outside food and drinks, other than a water bottle, are not permitted due to our food and drink license. However, we’ve got you covered with a full selection of snacks and beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, to enjoy during your visit!
Will I get charged if I go over my time limit?
For our 1- and 2-hour bookings, the time is strictly monitored to reflect their more affordable pricing. We do offer a 5-minute grace period, but after that, an additional $20 charge applies for every extra 30 minutes. If you’d prefer more flexibility without worrying about a time limit, we recommend choosing our unlimited option!
How do you keep the cold plunge sanitary?
It is a commercially made cold plunge unit that has a complete UV filtration system that sanitized the water. There are also balance checks on the water performed throughout the day and the sanitizers are adjusted as needed.
What is the talking policy?
Our policy encourages socialization while maintaining respect for those around you. At Evolve, we value connection and conversation—you’ll never be shushed! While we may explore introducing designated quiet hours in the future, socializing is always welcome at this time.
Is thermal access included in my service?
1 hour of complimentary thermal access is included with services (excluding nails, brows/lashes & waxing) Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays
What products are used in the services?
We use products from trusted brands like Comfort Zone and Eminence. The product lines used during facials are customized based on each client’s unique skin needs, ensuring the best results for your individual concerns.
How do I book?

Is it a social or silent space?
Our spa is a social space where connection is encouraged, but we ask all guests to remain respectful of others who are using the space.
How much does it cost?
We offer three options to suit your schedule:
$69: Unlimited time—stay and enjoy the space for as long as you’d like.
$49: 2-hour option.
$35: Express 1-hour option.
For timed options, going over the limit will result in a $20 charge per additional 30 minutes, with a 5-minute grace period included. This timing includes changing and showering, so if you think timing might be an issue, we recommend choosing the unlimited option.
Where do I park?
We have ample parking located behind the building, conveniently near the entrance to our space.
When/How do I pay?
While a credit card is required to secure your booking, you don’t have to use it to pay. Payment is made at the end of your visit, and you can choose your preferred payment method, including gift cards.
What is the Phone Policy
Phones are allowed, provided they are on silent. Please refrain from taking phone calls in the thermal space, and ensure you respect others’ privacy by not taking photos of other guests without their consent. If you prefer an unplugged experience, lockers with custom locks are available to safely store your phone.
Changing rooms?
Our changing rooms are gender-neutral and designed with privacy in mind. They include individual lockable changing areas with mirrors, as well as showers that lock for your comfort and convenience.
Is there an age limit?
Yes, guests must be 16 years or older to use the thermal circuit.

As New Brunswick’s first fully indoor thermal spa, we invite you to experience the rejuvenating benefits of thermal therapy—a centuries-old practice rooted in alternating heat and cold to boost circulation, detoxify, and promote deep relaxation.
Our space is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect, featuring a traditional sauna, a eucalyptus-infused steam room, a cold plunge tub, rainfall shower, and cozy salt relaxation room. Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, we’re here to make your visit both welcoming and transformative.
What do I bring?
Please bring a bathing suit and sandals. If you’d like, you can also bring a book. We provide towels, robes, and lockers, and our showers are stocked with toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body wash).
Is thermal included?
Yes! 1 hour thermal access is included in all services Tuesday – Thursday (excluding waxing, nails & lashes) You can upgrade to unlimited thermal for $45 or to 2 hours for $20
How do I check in?
When you arrive, you can check in using the self-service iPads or visit the front desk, where one of our staff members will be happy to assist you and provide a tour if needed.
What do I wear?
Bathing suits are mandatory. Beyond that, wear whatever makes you feel most comfortable.
When should i arrive?
Please arrive no less than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. This will give you enough time to change, get settled, and complete any necessary paperwork if you haven’t done so online.
Is the thermal circuit private?
No, the thermal circuit is open to the public. At this time, we do not offer private cycles.
How long can I stay?
Your length of stay depends on the option you book:
1-hour express
2-hour visit
Unlimited time

What is the cancellation policy?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling single services. For bookings with two or more services, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking. We appreciate your understanding as this policy helps us serve all our guests effectively.
